Rajaganesh has over 18 years of entrepreneurial experience, of which 15 years were spent in electrical contracting, working with major Government Departments including CPWD. His knowledge of dealing with tough technical specifications and tendering standards of CPWD brings tremendous value to Amar Group.   His technical experience in electrical engineering has helped Amar Group immensely in entering into the renewable and alternate energy solutions. 

S Dhandapani, Director

An astute technocrat, Dhandapani brings to Amar table the extra ordinary  capability in identifying the most appropriate solutions for a given customer need.  His sound knowledge of mechanical and polymer engineering and solution building has its roots in his over 15 years of solid technical, manufacturing and R&D experience.  Dhandapani’s creative thinking and out of box solution making is reflected in the innovative products and solutions that Amar Group offers.

Dhandapani’s ability in creating customer centric solutions has given Amar the edge in managing and maintaining customer relationships.  A great Relationship Manager himself, Dhandapani is at the forefront of solution building at Amar Group.

Major S R Narayanan, Vice President

An IIT alumni, Major Narayanan served the Indian Army in varied capacities for several decades before taking voluntary retirement and joining the corporate world.  He served several wind turbine manufacturers in senior capacities before serving for an IT major in the UK.  Major Narayanan heads the renewable energy business at Amar Group.  His immense technical talent comes handy at Amar in building innovative solutions.

M Nair, Head Strategic Initiatives & Marketing

An alumni of the Anna University holding two post graduate degrees, one in English literature and another in Business Administration, Nair brings to Amar Group the ability to strategically align our business to demanding market situations.  He is  recognized visiting professor at several management schools.  Nair brings with him over 18 years of strategic business, marketing and people function capability to Amar Group.
